For the first time peculiarities of spatial and seasonal distribution of the number of the phosphate-mobilizing (PMB) and heterotrophic bacteria in ecosystems of the northwestern part of the Black sea with different trophic status were investigated. For the first time effect of hydrological and hydro-chemical factors of the water environment on the abundance and distribution of PMB in brackish water ecosystems was evaluated statistically. Highly active phosphate-mobilizing bacteria were isolated from the water and sediments samples of the study area. Participation of the bacteria genera Enterobacter and Bacillus in the process of inorganic phosphorus compounds transformation in marine ecosystems was shown.
