Workflow two-stroke engine with spark ignition. The improvement in the workflow the two-stroke engine with spark ignition by the introduction of direct injection. The fundamental position of the internal combustion engine theory, the basic laws of thermodynamics and gas dynamics using methods: mathematical and statistical modeling; mathematical modeling of engine process using the method II To calculate Wiebe combustion dynamics in the cylinder; least squares method, which is used to analyze the experimental data; Euler's method in the integration of differential equations of the mathematical model of the working process. Realized scientific and technical principles of the use of fuel-charge of the bundle with the direct injection of fuel in spark-ignition engines, which have reduced the specific fuel consumption and improve environmental performance. The study was performed in the domestic two-stroke spark ignition engine DN-4, which in the main operating modes provided by the positive impact of improved workflow to reduce harmful substances in exhaust gases of fuel consumption and emissions due to: the use of spray nozzles; the use of internal carburetion with direct fuel injection; use of fuel-charge bundle benzene ethanol mixture. First proposed fuel loss factor, which takes into account when determining the two-stroke engine indicator efficiency spark-ignition only fuel which is burned in the cylinder. For the first time a criterion that characterizes the fuel-charge separation in spark-ignition engines with direct fuel injection and to evaluate the quality of internal carburetion and improve thermodynamic model to calculate the workflow. Developed further regression dependence of the dynamics and duration of combustion II model Vibe for spark ignition engines and the internal mixture formation. The results of the thesis are introduced at the GP of Melitopol factory "Gidromash", and are also used for the training of specialists and masters UkrDUZT the field of "Energy Management" and "Power system". Engine building.
