The thesis presents theoretical generalization and new solutions up to date scientifically applied aims of neurosurgery - improving the outcomes of patients' treatment with aneurysms of the anterior cerebral artery distal segments through differentiated use of microsurgical or endovascular treatment technologies. The analysis of patients with aneurysms of the ACA distal segments developed criteria for differentiated use of microsurgical or endovascular treatment technologies.
