Essay

Object of research - processes of substances moisture measuring by capacitive moisture meters. Research objective - accuracy increase for capacitive moisture meters by developing of methods and means allowing to compensate one of the components of combined standard uncertainty - "uncertainty of substance type". Research methods and apparatus - test methods of measurements accuracy increase, procedure of iterative experiment planning, methods of experiment planning matrixes construction, methods of probability theory and statistics. Theoretical and practical results - using of the developed test algorithm obtained as a result of synthesis of the test influences has allowed to increase in several times the accuracy of measurements by capacitive moisture meters due to compensation of "uncertainty of substance type". Novelty - for the first time it is received the method of bulk and liquid substances moisture measuring by capacitive moisture meters using test influences that has allowed to reduce influence of substance type on results of measurement up to 0,6 %. Degree of implementation - results are implemented in production processes of Test & certification center of RPE HARTRON-ARKOS (Kharkiv), PJSC "Aviacontrol" (Kharkiv) and in educational process of National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute". Scope of application - results of the work are used in instrument-making sector.
