Essay

The thesis is devoted to developing an integrated method of identifying the technical state of gas compressing units (GCU) as control object, and development of informational and software in the automatic control system of GCU that implements this method. By analyzing the structure of the identification process for technical state of gas compressor units based on data from process of natural gas compression, the main stages of preparing the data to the processing methods of advanced data analysis techniques, there was developed a comprehensive method of identifying the technical state of gas compressor units based on the parameters of the functioning, application of data analysis methods and techniques of artificial intelligence, that give possibility to detect and prevent accidents. Developed, based on entropy estimates, construction of process analysis algorithm, based on information value features that made it possible to achieve the desired reliability assessment in the minimum time. Developed and implemented the concept of adaptive client for identification of GCU technical condition in the automated control system, which makes it possible to distribute computing tasks between resources system, based on their current workload and reduce the computation time. Synthesized software for identification of GCU technical condition that allows to evaluate the technical condition of the GCU with given accuracy in the shortest time based on it's performance. Found further development the method of recognition of pulse with certain form in the structure of process parameters, based on wavelet generated by the form of the desired pulse, leading to improved reliability of detection of such pulses.
