Dissertation is devoted on how to improve radio technical performance of super high frequency generator: heterodyne on Gunn diodes with low noise output, small pulse generator with increased power. Object of research - the generation of super high frequency signals using dielectric resonators. Subject of research - the methods and means to improve the performance of solid-state generator systems. The scientific novelty of the theoretical and practical results: For the first time based on a complex assessment of parameters shielded spherical resonator was substantiated the possibility of excitation fluctuations in super high frequency generator. Improved circuit design solutions for the super high frequency generator by including dielectric resonator based on leucosapphire. The methodical device needed to improve performance wireless devices had received further development through the use of design in their dielectric oscillatory systems. For the first time analytically calculated, that the consistent inclusion of pulsed super high frequency generator identical diode allows you to get twice the increased power output.
