Object - the preparation of biological object responses on the low-intensity excitations and its quality verification. Purpose - the resolvability was increased and complexity was decreased at the estimation of response. Methods - on the basis of the signal's theory, statistical theory of make a resolve, functional analysis and theory of analytical functions$ theory of probability and mathematical statistics. Novelty - the mathematical model of biological object responses on the low-intensity excitations, and estimation method was developed. Result are implemented in SRW (SR № 0111U002593, SR № 0111U005289), TSMU, TSCH, "Medikus", SMESJC.
