Dissertation is devoted to the solution of important scientific and technical problems of use of crack initiated to improve the efficiency of waterjet cutting quasibrittle composite blanks. And scientifically formulated the hypothesis of increased productivity waterjet quasibrittle thin wafers due to cracking initiated due to the superposition of cyclic tensile stresses in the zone of impact of the jet. A new working body CNC machine, which contains two additional drive equipped with a loop and connected with a separate control circuit of the machine, allowing depending on the size of the cut, its direction relative to the axes and the workpiece parameters, set the desired cyclic loading blanks for edge crack initiation in the cutting zone. This device allows you to increase processing performance for a total of 20 ... 25% without loss of surface quality.
