Essay

It is established that in welding in the mixture of CO2 + (2…5)% N2 provided by the alloying of austenitic weld with nitrogen in the range of 0,12...0,18%; in the zone of fusion with the pearlitic steel reduced the thickness of the martensitic layer, increases the content of austenite and dispersion of the metal structure. During long term high temperature heating (550°С) of such compounds in the zone of fusion with the pearlitic steel significantly reduced the development of structural heterogeneity, first of all, it reduces decarburization of the metal, increases the stability of the metal structure and more uniformly distributed carbide phase. Developed the technology of mechanized welding of dissimilar steels in a mixture of carbon dioxide and nitrogen provides improvement of mechanical properties of welded joints, in particular, long-term strength and durability of the fusion zone formed from a perlitic steel against brittle fracture. Technology in the manufacture and repair of refinery and chemical equipment.
