The thesis is devoted to research of forming regional policy support and development of small enterprises as an im-portant tool of sectored-economic restructuring of the region, development of organizational and economic mecha-nism to stimulate the development of small enterprises in the priority sectors of the economy of the region, taking in-to account the spatial differentiation of social and economic development. The expediency of using triggered model to ensure the financial security of small business as a set of basic dynamic and static components of financial security mechanisms that are grouped in terms of triggers has been substantiated.
