Object of research - process of controlling geometric dimensions of small-size complex-shaped objects. Subject of research - methods and means of controlling geometric dimensions of small-size complex. The aim is to increasing probability of controlling geometric dimensions of small-size complex-shaped objects by taking into account the degree of blur the edges of the object and determine the ratio additional measures imposed by the geometric size. Research methods: mathematical apparatus of the theory of signals and digital presentation and image processing methods for constructing opto-electronic means, theory and measurement errors, mathematical modeling using modern computer technology, interpolation methods, numerical methods for solving nonlinear equations; basics of discrete mathematics and analytical capabilities of computer algebra.
