Kudina Y. Forming of the soviet state system in Byelorussian lands(December 1918 - December1922 рр.)

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the problem of forming of the soviet state system in Byelorussian lands from December 1918 until December 1922. On the basis of analysis of historiography and the wide range of source base the complex of pre-conditions was studied out, which resulted in proclamation and further development of Byelorussian Socialistic Soviet Republic.. It is shown the activity of structural authorities of BSSR on different stages of its development, also its resettlement on a new state formation - Lithuanian-Byelorussian Socialistic Soviet Republic, and the repeated proclamation of BSSR during the Soviet-Polish war. The dissertation attempts to clarify the questions which are related to the political and legal status of the BSSR in 1919-1922 and its territorial arrangement. The nature and structural features of the German-Belarusian relations are analyzed. It is noted that the geopolitical interest of Germany towards the Belarusian issue was determined by economic and political factors. Basic factors, which affected the dynamics of the foreign policy of Germany towards the Belarusian SSR are examined.
