Essay

The new decision of scientific and practical task, which is direct to the improving mechanical properties complex and wear resistance of hypereutectic silumin by using physical and chemical methods, has been obtained at the present dissertation. The integral parameters and alloys paired interactions of atoms in the system are calculated by using the methods of physical and chemical modeling. The dependences changes of mechanical properties from the structure parameters, phase composition, distribution of elements nature for silumin the type AK18 with the common complex B-Sn influence, physical-chemical melt treatment and heat treatment modes in the solid state were researched. The performance of micromechanical properties Si solid solution in the alloy AK18 (B-Sn) during HP treatment and HCTin the solid state have been identified at first time.The dependence data of the alloy AK18 (B-Sn) wear resistance from the physico-chemical treatment parameters of liquid and solid states have been received by microindentation at first time. The pilot testing of technical parameters of the complex physical and chemical processing alloy AK18(B-Sn) in the liquid state has been conducted at the JSC "PC" Perspective "(act from the 18 April 2016), and also obtained results are used for educational process at the NMetAU.
