Essay

6 defended scientific works containing results of experimental and clinical studies. The author analyzed the sources of literature conducted experimental studies, results of histomorphological studies on the issue is being studied, developed recommendations for the practical implementation of possible results. Complex pathogenetic approach to the choice of surgical treatment of accretion should consider mechanical stabilization of bone fragments, normalisation the local circulation, restore bone volume and stimulation of local cellular and humoral growth factors. From the results of the clinical study can conclude that the positive treatment of non-union and slow consolidations fractures of shin bones depends on the correct choice of the scope and methods of complex pathogenetic surgery. Consolidation depends on the osteogenic activity at the site of the fracture. Reducing consolidation terms by 8% (15 days) for violations of the tibia fractures occurred in the application of complex pathogenetic approach to the choice of the scope and methods of surgery.
