Essay

In the dissertation conducted the experimental studies breach of structuralfunctional state of bone fragments in open fractures of varying severity in animal experiments. Based on morphological and electrophysiological analysis highlighted the role of local bioimpedansometriyi method in predicting viability of bone with open of diaphyseal fractures of long bones. We have developed degree evaluation scale viability of bone, in terms of electrical resistance in the range of 800 megaohms to 1500 mega-ohm bone tissue viable from 1550 mega-ohm to 2500 mega-ohm - the reverse process of tissue ischemia, from 2550 mega-ohm to 4000 mega-ohm - necrosis of bone. Justified differentiated approach treatment strategy injured early medical assistance. Results of treatment of these patients using the proposed method of early diagnosis of bone viability and reasonable treatment strategy allowed positively evaluate its effectiveness and consider appropriate for widespread use in patients with open injuries of extremities.
