Dissertation is devoted to theoretical and experimental determination social and psychological conditions of special needs children successful adaptation in educational environment. Expanse theoretical knowledge of structural components of inclusive education; grounded methodological basis program "Social and psychological support families who brought up children with special needs". The model of family educational space child with special needs is grounded. Proved that the general socio-psychological conditions including a child with special needs in general education area are: general social attitudes in education; willingness educational institutions (formal, postformal and informal) to work with inclusive children; professional and readiness and educational specialists of social areas to work with children with special needs; parental settings on inclusion and the child's high level of education; level of social competence and psychological readiness of the child to inclusion; social support for families. The composition of social work to support the family in educational space of handicapped child is determined.
