The object of study - distribution and harmfulness of buckwheat burn rhabdovirus (Rhabdoviridae). The aim of the study was to determine the influence of environmental factors on circulation and properties of buckwheat burn virus in the conditions of mixed infection on the buckwheat plants in agrocenosis of Ukraine. Research methods - ecological, phytovirological, biochemical, electron microscopic, microbiological and statistical. Theoretical and practical results - there were screened and identified 7 varieties of buckwheat that are resistant to burn virus. Feasibility of "Bioekofungie-1" using in combination with nanoparticles of cerium dioxide and other biostimulants of plant growth was studied. Scientific novelty - resistance of the buckwheat collection to the causes of common diseases was determined. It was first established that the buckwheat burn virus most often affects plants in agrocenoses in complex infections with other viruses, bacteria, and phytoplasma. It is shown that with simultaneous treatment of buckwheat seeds with nanoparticles of cerium dioxide and drug " Bioekofungie-1" there is a significant stimulation of plants growth and their protection against pathogens. The degree of implementation -"Bioekofungie-1" is using in the technology of buckwheat growing in the state enterprise experimental farm "Squirske". Results of the work are implemented in the educational process of Vinnytsya and Bila Tserkva national agrarian universities in: "Biology", "Ecology of plants" and "Applied ecology" subjects teaching. Sphere (industry) of use - agriculture.
