The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations according to the management interaction in the regional tourism market.A scientific and methodical approach according to the management of regional collaboration participants of the tourism market on the basis of economic mechanisms of concerted interaction which are capable to ensure the stability of functioning in the tourism market.The model of interaction of the regional tourism market agents is developed, in which coordination of interaction between participants of the regional tourism market is providing by the selecting of quasi -compensatory incentive system in the case of transferable utility and choice of coordinating change parameters or parametric coordination.The process of forming strategics of coordinated interaction on the basis of segmentation of the tourist market is improved and it gives an opportunity to assess the possibility of changing the structure of the market segment in connection with the formation of regional tourism brand.An assessment of the economic cooperation prospects at the regional tourism market on the basis of spacious interpretation of probabilistic market structure with the evaluation of the advantages of coordinated interaction and synergies of individual spaces of dominance in the regional tourism markets are proposed.
