An algorithm for reducing the fire danger indicators based on fiberglass coking polyepoxy binder by optimizing formation parameters has been developed. Obtained are new polyepoxide binders reducing the fire danger indices in terms of fire growth. The processes of burning and burnout as well as the ignition temperature of fiberglass plastics systems being proposed have been investigated. Based on experimental studies and with the use of second order orthogonal central compositional planning the regression model of fiberglass plastics ignition temperature as the function from formation parameters, namely temperature and pressure, has been proposed.
