Panasyuk O. Belarusian People's Republic in 1918-1919 years: domestic and foreign policy.

The history of formation, internal and foreign policy of the Belarusian People's Republic in 1918-1919 was studied. The historical origins of the proclamation of the Belarusian People's Republic in 1918, causes and preconditions of the acceptance of three charters were analyzed. The features of the proclamation of the BPR's independence and its organizational and legal registration were investigated. Characterized socio-political situation in Belarus in 1918-1919. The main directions and forms of government foreign policy BPR in 1918-1919 were defined. Ascertained the position of European governments in respect to the "Belarusian issue".
