The object of study: the processes of innovation development of small business in the region. Objective: deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations and developing of practical recommendations for enhancing the innovation development of small business in the region. Methods: logic generalization, analysis, comparison and synthesis, structural, factor, economic and statistical analysis, decomposition, strategic and structural-functional analysis, graphic and graphic-analytical. Novelty: improved conceptual basis of management by innovation activities of small businesses in the region in terms of determination and justification of the strategic goals of innovation development of small enterprises, the interpretation of the concept of "innovation development of small business in the region," methodological approaches to assessing the impact of factors of institutional frameworks of business activities on the innovative development of small enterprises in the region based on correlation and regression modeling, organizing tools to stimulate innovation development of small business development at the regional level. Scope of application: activities in Drohobych united state tax inspectorate of the Main Department of SFS in the Lviv region in the calculation and collection of local taxes relatively small entities, the Department of Economic Policy of the Lviv Regional State Administration to enhance the innovation development of small business structures, the Department of Agricultural Development of Lviv Regional State Administration for the introduction of innovative development model for small enterprises in the region, LLC "First of May" in the development of regional programs for small business development.
