Essay

The interaction of organic nitrogen-containing substances - gramine, levamisole, amprolium, diphenylguanidine and triphenylguanidine with anionic agents was studied. The methods of the visible and IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, set the properties of ion associates formed from counterions. The characteristics of the membrane systems functioning at different ionic composition of the aqueous solutions, set intervals regardless of electrode potential the pH of the aqueous solution of the test substances.. Found patterns influence the nature of the electrode-active substance composition of the membrane, the properties and amount of solvent and plasticized-type electrode on the chemical and analytical characteristics of the ISE.The complex of methods for determination of organic nitrogen-containing compounds for the control of their content in the medical preparations, biological fluids (urine).
