The thesis is devoted to solving an important applied scientific problem of development and improvement of the topology reconstruction methods for complex surfaces based on a single white light interferogram picture. The implementation of the developed methods on modern platforms provides the required computational efficiency and accuracy of the nonlinear surface reconstruction with variable parameters that is widely used in science and industry.
