Dissertation is devoted to the issues of increasing the management efficiency of the bregorektifikatsionnoy installation of distillery by developing intelligent control algorithms. On the basis of modern methods of analysis of complex dynamic systems and modern methods for predicting the behavior of complex systems, mathematical models have been adapted that allow the development of equations of material and energy balances of the rectification process with high accuracy and compensate for the influence of uncertainties on the control object. Using modern genetic algorithms, it was decided to optimize the models and based on fuzzy logic algorithms, effective strategies for managing the braoreectification processes were developed. Using modern methods of forecasting, the problems of detecting the catastrophic changes in the time series of behavior by the bragorektification plant have been solved. A functional structure, algorithmic and software of the intellectual control system of the technological complex by the bragorektifikatsionnoy installation of the distillery was developed.
