Essay

It has been investigated the influence of pulsed electrodeposition modes on crystal structure, optical properties and surface morphology of the nanostructured zinc oxide arrays and of the created on their base antireflection coating with the moth-eye effect, highly hydrophobic coating with the rose petal effect and cermet selective coating. The semiconducting composition Se/ZnO for the extremely thin absorber solar cell was developed. The experimental sample of ultraviolet photodetector Al/ZnO/FTO/Al was fabricated. The output parameters modification of the photodetector was implemented by applying Ag/ZnO nanocomposite instead of ZnO.
