The thesis is devoted to the actual scientific and applied problem - non-contact measurement temperature shift frequency Raman. As a result of the research synthesized software and mathematical models of optical components, optical circuits and components antu-stokes Raman spectroscopy. An interpolation expression equivalent temperature dependence of frequency components antu-stokes Raman spectroscopy. Also proposed calibration for temperature measurement, built on the basis of Raman effect in two ways: the spectrum and the temperature.
