The thesis is devoted to the complex research of the influence of various physico-chemical factors on crystal structure and morphology of materials based on hydroxyapatite and brushite during crystallization. The optimal obtainment parameters of apatite coatings on titanium substrates by thermal deposition method were determined. Dependencies of crystallinity degree and microstructure of the surface of coatings from substrate temperature and deposition time were studied. It was shown that the addition of polymers leads to the decrease of apatite crystallinity. Complex studies of magnetic field influence on crystal structure and morphology of brushite obtained with and without magnesium ions in the initial solution were performed.
