Essay

Studied taxonomic and ecological diversity of Oribatida communities in different types of natural meadow habitats of Transcarpathian lowland. It is found the abiotic factors in the formation of oribatia communities in studied habitats. The trends of changes of structure of the investigated groups in moisture gradient and under the influence of grazing and hydromelioration was estimated. For Ukraine, 6 new species are found.
