Essay

The purpose is to establish the dependence of the hydraulic deviation and the critical speed for plastic pipes from the particle size distribution, concentration and density of solids and justification hydrotransport process parameters of mineral raw materials on highways with sections of steel and polymer pipes. The subject of the research is the process of flow of hydraulic fluid with the polydisperse material transported through thesteel and plastic pipelines. In terms of development of methodic for calculation of hydraulic gradient and the productivity of hydratransport complex Smoldyrev's and Krill's methodics were used as well as ISO TR 10501 and СНиП 2.04.02-85standards; for calculation of particles' friction in polyethylene pipes coefficient the proven laboratory techniques were applied. The results of the thesis in the form of the methodological recommendations were inculcated in National Mining University, in Institute for Physics of Mining Processes NAS Ukraine and were used by the specialists in "VELTA" JSC and "POLYBUD" JSC, they also were implemented in State Enterprise "Ukrainian Research and Design Institute for enrichment and briquetting of coal" as a part of "Methods of calculating the parameters of pressure and free-flow current pulp with concentration pasta" with expected annual economic effect 350 thousand UAH after applying the methodological recommendations.
