Dissertation is devoted to analysis of potential violations tumors suppressor genes NKIRAS1, PPM1M, PRICKLE2, GPXs1, 2, 3, 4, 6, in clear cell renal carcinomas. Genes NKIRAS1, PPM1M, PRICKLE2, GPXs1, 3, 4 expression study, the analysis of promoter methylation sites and analysis of gene copy number was carried out. The absence of GPXs 2 and 6 gene expression in normal and tumor tissues of kidney were confirmed. Methylation of promoter regions have been identified for any of the studied genes. Identified genetic changes and reducing the level of expression NKIRAS1, PPM1M, PRICKLE2 and GPX1 and 3. For genes PPM1M, GPX3 GPX4 mechanisms and expression changes require further investigation. The presence of genetic alterations, such as heterozygous, homozygous deletion and amplification of genes for NKIRAS1, PPM1M, PRICKLE2, GPXs 1, 3, 4 confirmed by web resource cBioPortal.
