Essay

The dissertation provides insight into the synthesis of low power switched reluctance motors with the use of purposely designed SRM-CAD specific software. The circuit-field mathematical model considering losses in steel is developed in this dissertation. The pro-posed models form the basis for SRM-CAD software of automated analysis, synthesis and optimization development. The method of calculation of SRM stationary thermal field with the aid of the finite element method which makes it possible to consider the real geometry features is pro-posed. Done of optimization of the SRM.
