Dissertation is devoted to the study of the psychological characteristics of value-motivational sphere of crisis managers. Job Crisis management requires a precise and algorithmic representations of the final result of work. Therefore, a prerequisite for achieving the goal of professional activity is the availability of knowledge in different areas: technical, psychological, educational, social and other.As a result of theoretical and applied research in the field of the thesis formed a dynamic model, which has its name because its performance may vary depending on the stage of development of the organization, which runs a crisis manager. This model includes three major performance indicator crisis managers defined in accordance with the time and professional and technical characteristics of the latter.The imbalance in the value-motivational sphere typical for crisis managers and combining spontaneous composition, whereas managers who belong to the standard indicator, the balance inherent values.It proved faithful to the hypothesis we have set ourselves. Yes, indeed, professional competence are the determining factors for the process of formation and development of value-motivational sphere of successful crisis-managers. The higher the level of development of professional competence in order, respectively, higher than the balance of the value-motivational sphere-managers crisis.Along with this, experimentally confirmed that the indicator of the development of professional competencies is the presence and / or absence of professional deformations.Developed and approved a program of professional reflection as a means of preventing the emergence of professional deformations of value-motivational sphere- managers crisis. Contoured program to promote the development of professional reflection testifies to the importance of the latter to be successful managers - crisis and prevention of professional deformation of the person.
