Essay

Object of study: design of experiments processes to study the technological processes and devices. The aim of the study: to reduce the value and time costs on modelling of technological processes and devices through the development and implementation of methods and software optimization experiments plans on value and time costs. Scientific novelty: нere are at the first developed methods for finding the optimal time or value realization of multilevel multifactorial experiment plans, that are different from existing methods in a way of optimization plans using the modified simplex method and genetic algorithms; further developed mathematical models of spot welding of electrical steel plates with small thickness, milling and drilling of galvanized steel in obtaining regression models. The practical value of the results: the methods and software optimization experiments plans are developed to reduce the value and time costs on experimental studies of processes on modelling of technological processes and devices.
