Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a topical issue of raising the efficiency of the flexible manufacturing system (FMS), in particular by increasing the level of automation of processes of setting and functioning of operational control system (OCS). Dynamic operative control (DOC) is defined as the process of setting such values of the crucial dynamic indexes of OCS in the face of uncertainty, which are able to meet current requirements of FMS. The structure of the dynamic operational control system (DOCS) for automation DOC process was designed. The classifier of the crucial dynamic indexes of OCS and the logical sequence of setting values were created. On this basis, we have constructed a generalized conceptual model of the OCS. A multi-agent approach to automated DOС, allowing to use experts' knowledge and fuzzy inference system for iterative implementation of DOC. The algorithms and software implementation of DOCS as DSS were developed. DSS can be used in solving design problems or readjustment during the operation of OCS. The simulation showed the effectiveness of the FMS, which has OCS with the dynamic indexes, which have been set up by the by SDOC.
