Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development, creation and study of flexible manufacturing systems operation control system reliability increase. Throughout the dissertation, the analysis of existing methods and approaches to automated control systems reliability increase was conducted. A lot of attention was paid to the least studied informational group of reservation methods, new method of informational reservation based on hidden Markov models mathematical apparatus was proposed, which represents a complex approach to the usage of reliability indicators of FMS manufacturing and FMS OCS measurement facilities. A set of recommendations for created informational reservation method application presented as a set of production rules was proposed. In order to check the efficiency of the presented approach, a manufacturing process flow imitational modeling was conducted based on classic FMS composition models with reliability indicators values close to the real life ones. As a result of the modeling process, positive effect of the created method application was shown presented by increase of the FMS manufacturing processes reliable work probability in range of 0.5-2.85% depending on the combination of the newly developed reservation method with classic ones applied to explored FMS OCS IMS.
