Novikov H. Substantiation of constructive and technological parameters and operating modes of the electro-technological complex aerosol treatment for the cereal seeds

The object of the research is the process of the pre-seeding grain processing with chemical solution. The purpose of the research - to improve the quality of pre-seeding seed grain. The method of research based on the methods of system analysis, mathematical modeling, the automatic control theory. Experimental research was done at laboratory and on the experimental complex at the enterprise facilities. The theoretical results are reflected into the obtaining of the laws for interaction of aerosol and grain after heteropolar charging. The hardware evaluation criterion for the uniformity of the grain coating by working solution and seed productivity were developed. The practical value of the obtained results includs the design and implementation of the electro-technological complex for the pre-treatment charged of seed grain into the electrified aerosol cloud. The novelty of the design was proved by two patents of Ukraine. The sphere for usage is agricultural manufacture.
