Chuchko D. Relations between the state and Church in the Principality of Moldavia (1538-1859).

The thesis deals with the development and content of the relations between church and state on the territory of Moldavia during the period 1538-1859. In this paper, a complex research of processes associated with the establishment and development of state and Church relations on the territory of the Principality of Moldavia, as a basis of the political and legal governance model, and their transformation within the realities of those days is carried out based on the analysis of sources and historiography. The role of the material component and foreign policy factor in the development of the traditional for Moldavia framework of relations between the Church and state authorities is explored.
