Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issue of increasing durability and decreasing energy output ratio of cultivating tineby explaining the form and rational parameters of local strengthening of blades and taking into account characteristics of tensely malformed condition of ground. In the dissertation, consistent patterns of interworking between cutting elements of cultivating tine and abrasive ground are discovered. The author theoretically defines and practically studies the influence of physical and mechanical as well as rheological characteristics of ground on form-building of blade surface in cultivating tinein case of minimizing the speed of deviation and energy on friction when in contact with abrasive surroundings. The process of aging the surface of locally strengthened blade of cultivating tine with local strengthening of a blade when in contact with ground is theoretically analyzed. The author explains rational parameters of locally strengthened blade of cultivating tine to get minimal time of aging. Bench and exploit tests prove rational use of local strengthening with hardmetal materials of cultivating tineblades when manufacturing in order to increase durability and decrease losses because of friction during exploitations. The author proves that economic effect of using the offered constructions of working parts in cultivators with curvilinear form and local blade strengthening is due to decreasing energy on friction and resource increasing
