Kozar V. The employment potential of regions of Ukraine in European integration dimension

In the thesis the theoretical foundations of the formation, use and reproduction of labor potential of the region in terms of strengthening integration revealed its components, impact factors and principles of formation and use, methodical approaches to the estimation of labor potential at the meso level. A comprehensive study of the labor potential of Ukraine and its regions and the estimation of its condition and dynamics revealed the specifics of implementation, regional differences in the various components, carried out modeling of the main factors on the employment potential in terms of European integration. The thesis proposed solutions to the problems of effective implementation and increase the employment potential of regions of Ukraine, made structuring its institutional system, reasonable measures for improving the processes of formation and implementation based on the efficient use of regional management under decentralization of authority and participation of Ukraine in European integration processes.
