Dissertation is devoted to the study of the influence of the type of auxetic behavior on dislocation-disclination system in Be different varieties. Through a comprehensive analysis of the temperature and amplitude spectra of internal friction, effective shear modulus and mathematical modeling of motion defects deformation processes are studied at different levels of scale, and divided the contributions of each of the structural levels of deformation process Be: it is shown that the defor-mation begins to slip along the grain boundaries and changes in the volume of grain with an in-crease in stress.
