In the article there have been substantiated the ways of eco-safety and rational use of manure from animal waste and reduce the environmental pollution. There is shown the danger of the use of fresh manure as fertilizer and proposed some comprehensive use of pig and poultry manure as a source of biogas and fertilizer. The author has improved and laboratory tested a biogas unit with additional contrivances, which provides a waste-free technology of manure waste recycling through methane fermentation turning into biogas and further use of all its intermediates. Advantages of the proposed invented biogas unit are: simplicity of its construction, provision with additional monitoring and co-ordination facilities for the process of methane fermentation, shortening of its duration, low cost. It is easy to use and can be used to conduct training sessions. The design principles deserve a deep attention for industrial biogas units. The author investigated that the duration, fermentation activity and biogas output capacity depends on the raw material composition, temperature and conditions for bacteria. The complete disinfection of manure occurs in a thermophilic mode. Water and chemisportive methods of biogas cleaning from impurities have been improved by using special devices. By the improved way, the biogas content is refined to 95-97% of biomethane. In this, liquid fertilizers containing NH4ON and (NH4)2SO4 are formed. The organic sludge obtained from the fermentation of pig and poultry manure has positive impact on growth, yield formation and quality of crop production and is entirely parasitic safe for the environment. The combination of mineral and organic fermented fertilizers ensured the best crop of green mass of corn and better passing the growing season. In the case of plants with a short growing season, including radishes, the increased use of organic fertilizer with fermented sludge before sowing crop plants yielded positive results, manifested in increasing productivity, lowering the part of nitrate contamination of soil from 13 to 27% and root radishes at 60-69%, an increase in humus content at 2,56%, which is used by plants. This will lead to organic, environmentally friendly and safe food. The application of thermophilic mode of fermentation to disinfect pig and poultry manure will make it possible to neutralize 24,11*109 helminth eggs and pathogenic bacteria in an amount of 13,1*1017 units in Lviv region. Implementation of the proposed development on the scale of Lviv region prevent the annual emission of 817,6 m3 of energy-intensive methane from pig manure and 567954,5 m3 from poultry manure. On the other hand, it means getting the appropriate amount of biogas and preventing the emission of hydrogen sulfide 2843,9 m3, 1859,1 m3 of ammonia and carbon dioxide 332679,6 m3.
