Zavgorodniy K. The formation and development of logistics outsourcing in terms of regional transformation.

The essence, functions and types of logistics outsourcing were determined in the study; stages of logistics outsourcing as a tool for management of regional transformation were studied; the methodical approaches for evaluating the effectiveness of the logistics outsourcing were systematized. Two main functions of the regional logistics infrastructure were highlighted, such as organizational and functional, which provides vital functions of all economic stakeholders in the region, ensuring the movement of material and cash flows, including those based on outsourcing (transfer of certain functions); management and regulatory, which organizes interaction between components (objects and subjects) regional logistics infrastructure in space and in time.
