Essay

Research object – the process of data transmission in space segment of non-corrected LEO satellite system of high-rate data transmission; research goal – the increase of efficiency of information interaction in high-rate data transmission in non-corrected LEO satellite system; research methods – elements of theory of flights, methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics, simulation and statistical modeling; practical value of results – the methods and models allow: to reduce the cost, weight and dimensions of satellites compared to MEO and GEO systems; the approach may provide the cost reduction in design of multisatellite systems; to consider negative factors affecting on stability of orbital constellation; to use the proposed information interaction models in orbital segment of advanced telecommunication satellite systems; novelty- an enhanced method of designing an advanced high data rate satellite systems which, unlike from the known ones, considers the impact of negative factors on lifetime of satellite systems and significantly reduces costs in design of multi-satellite systems is proposed; a new method of satellite constellation design using multi-satellite LEO structure without orbital adjustment that allows the partially arbitrary location of satellites in the orbital plane for global coverage of the Earth's surface is presented; an enhanced model of data transmission using adaptation mechanism in the process of routing information between elements of the orbital constellation which improves quality of the network in high data rate telecommunications LEO satellite system is proposed; degree of implementation - industrial; sphere of application- telecommunication, satellite systems.
