Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of existing and development of new methods of measuring parts of complex geometric shape taking into account the influence of external destabilizing factors aimed at creating information and measuring complex of mechanical quantities and increasing the accuracy of measuring the geometric parameters of aviation ports, which will provide performance and highly degree of automation of control process with a complex spatial surface. Developed a mathematical model of describing the aviation components. Proposed a surface approximation of the Bernstein’s polynom. Suggested new methods of measuring the geometric parameters of parts with the complex spatial surface. This opening the prospect for the development of new ways of measuring geometric parameters of parts in real time with high metrological characteristics and computer simulation of the measurement process. Jig-step method is based on the suggested zero-coordinate principle of the measurement process which involves simultaneous parts availability check and connect measurement result obtained which provided a reduction in the order of measurement error. Suggested digital differential measurement method is based on elemental traversing path in detail with the construction of the three-dimensional images with minimal error of measurement in terms of destabilizing factors. Formed methodological principles of designing information-measuring systems using resistive strain sensors with high metrological characteristics. This provides enhanced functionality and aim to improve the accuracy of measurement coordinates of surfaces in a high speed. Keywords: linear-angular measurements, information and measuring systems, mechanical value destabilizing factors, measurement error, geometrical parameters of aircraft parts.
