Topalova I. Theoretical and methodological bases of innovative development of the regional industrial

Object: a process of theoretical and methodological support of innovative development of regional industrial complex in the context of strategic management. Objective: improvement of theoretical principles, the development of scientific and methodical approaches and practical recommendations for innovative development of regional industrial complex. Methods: logical, monographic and content analysis; analytic hierarchy; statistics; rating assessment; program-based management; integrated approach; structural modeling. Theoretical and practical results: developed a methodological framework for the formulation and implementation of innovative development of regional industrial complex on the basis of strategic management. The scientific novelty: theoretical principles developed existing procedures regarding the formation mechanism of providing innovative development of regional industrial complex. The degree of implementation: the results used in the practice of the Department "Agency for Investment and Development" (reference №01.1-15 / 1266 from 10.05.2016 g.), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (certificate №01 / 4324 of 27/09/2016 p. ), Odessa city organization of employers (certificate №67 / 1 from 26.10.2016 g.). The results of the thesis are used in the Odessa Institute of Interregional Academy of Personnel Management in the process of teaching and methodical discipline "Innovation Management", "Quality Management", "Management of competitiveness of the organization", "Principles of Crisis Management" (reference №01-04-13 / 235/1 from 18.08.2016 g.).
