Bashynska Y. Organizational-economic bases of using of the renewable energy potential in the Western region of Ukraine

Object of research: processes of development of renewable energy in the Western region of Ukraine. Goal: deepening of theoretical and methodical principles of forming mechanisms for increasing the use of renewable energy potential and developing of practical recommendations on the application of organizational and economic measures and tools for the development of renewable energy in the region. Methods: historical, scientific abstraction, comparative analysis, observations and analogies, graphical, SWOT-analysis, econometric. Novelty: the scientific principles of the formation of renewable energy development concepts, which reveal their structure and content as the basis for the development of targeted regional strategies for the development of renewable energy, with the definition of strategic objectives and respective operational goals and objectives, scientific and methodological provisions for assessing the potential of renewable energy in the region through supplementation of the used natural estimation indicators of potential by cost-economic, the establishment of which is based on lead no performance technically feasible potential of renewable energy sources, organizational principles and tools of market promotion projects for renewable energy are improved. Scope of application: in the practice of central and regional authorities and enterprises of the real sector of the economy: the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine in preparing the materials of the Carpathian survey on the state of the environment, the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on environmental policy, nature management and liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster, Lviv Regional Council for the formation of regional development strategies, Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Infrastructure Projects of Lviv Region State Administration for the development of a comprehensive investment program of small-scale energy in the Lviv region in 2016-2020, "Eco-Optima" when introducing energy service contracts in the company activity.
