The author has made a theoretical generalization and proposes a solution of the scientific task on the creation of the scientific model of the policy of "armed neutrality" of Swiss Confederation during the Second World War. The constituent elements of the Swiss policy in 1939 - 1945 (state ideology, foreign policy and diplomacy, military, economic and humanitarian policy, banking system) were subtracted and characterized. In addition their interrelations were determined and analyzed. The relevance of this research topic stemmed from the necessity to improve the concept of the bilateral relations between Ukraine and the Swiss Confederation using the experience of the latter, which has created a positive image and one of the most stable economy. Furthermore it has overcome its international reputation threats.
