Voloshchuk I. The development and management of the logistics infrastructure of the region.

This thesis focuses on the research of theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations concerning the development and management of the logistics infrastructure of the region. Have proposed the methodical instrument of the ranking score of the regions' logistic potential taking into account the level of development of their logistics infrastructure, which allows to define the priority ranking of the involvement capital of the investment projects to the economy in order to obtain a synergistic effect.Have formed the instrument of the spatial dimension development level of the logistics infrastructure of the region, which makes it possible to determine the effectiveness of each of the indicators influence in the light of costs, access to the market, availability of storage facilities and transport network.Have determined the determinant of the logistics infrastructure on the economy in the region, which would ensure the effective development of its resources, social and economic potential. Have developed the methodical approach to determine the synthetic indicator of the evaluation of the logistics potential of the region in view of its volatility and stochastic indicators, taking into account the density of linear and point infrastructure, communication, the trajectory of the communications and connection, the size and structure of business entities.Have proposed the model determining the radius of the logistic action considering the optimal number, size of the warehouses and transport hubs in such location.
