Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the pro- and antioxidant and arginase / NO-synthase systems of sperm malaria systems in different forms of pathospermia. It is proved that chlamydial infection (22.1%) is the most widespread etiological factor causing infectious disease and development of pathospermia. It is established that during pathospermia the intensity of lipid peroxidation processes and the actuality of inducible isoform NO synthase increases. The decrease in activity of glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase, glutathione transferase, arginase and endothelial NO synthase of sperm in men with all types of pathospermia was established. At the same time, the concentration of reduced glutathione was reduced to a greater extent in oligozoospermia and astenozoospermia.
