The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations on forming organizational and management tools increase the investment attractiveness of regional economic system. Formulated an expanded interpretation of the term "investment attractiveness of the region" and developed the concept of forming a system of project management investment process in the region on the basis of the priorities of regional development. Developed the organizational and functional mechanism of formation and implementation of policies for the investment attractiveness of the region, based on the integration of system, process and program-oriented approach.
